KELLY'S KITCHEN MENU-ORDERS DUE TUESDAY

Hello, Everyone!  Kelly Chandler here with this week's menu.  Welcome to My Kitchen where I hope to make dinner-time less stressful.  I offer home-made entrees prepared with the freshest local ingredients and seasoned well.  Crockpot entrees are placed into your crockpot... frozen...and cooked on LOW for 6-8 hours, soups are just thawed and then heated in a saucepan or slow-cooked, and casseroles are just thawed and baked.  The menu changes every week.  Entrees can be ordered to feed 2 people (SMALL), 4 people (MEDIUM), or 6 people (LARGE).  Also, I offer a Premium Entree and the cost will vary depending on ingredients.

Premium Entrees - 3 options this week
Italian Sausage, Spinach, & Ravioli Lasagna (SMALL $8 MEDIUM $16 LARGE $23): A fun twist Italian classic and great to have on hand for company. Delicious layers of 3-cheese ravioli, crumbled Italian sausage, spinach, and my home-made marinara sauce, and topped with plenty of mozzarella. Serve with garlic bread and a Caesar salad. Delicioso! WeightWatchers Points = 13 per serving (½ of a Small, ¼ of a Medium, etc.) Can be made with no Italian Sausage (reduces WeightWatchers Points to 10 per serving) 

Cherry-Glazed Pork Roast (SMALL $7  MEDIUM $14  LARGE $20): This lean pork loin roast makes the most amazing gravy.  Serve with stuffing or mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli.  WeightWatchers Points = 9 per serving  

Salmon w/Brown Sugar & Mustard Glaze (SMALL $10 MEDIUM $19 LARGE $27): This tasty salmon fillet is just thawed and baked...a little sweet and a little tangy. Serve with brown rice and glazed carrots. Delicious! WeightWatchers Points = 5 per serving 

Entrees - Be sure to specify:  SMALL $6    MEDIUM $11    LARGE $16 

Meatball Casserole: This fun, kid-friendly casserole combines meatballs, cream sauce, peas, and a bread crumb topping. Full of flavor...and veggies, too!!! WeightWatchers Points = 11 per serving

Chicken Breast Supreme: This crockpot entree will have your kitchen smelling Fantastic! Boneless, skinless chicken breast are combined with mushrooms, sliced bacon, and cream sauce. Serve with rice and steamed broccoli. Wonderful!! WeightWatchers Points = 5 per serving  Goes great with Tastefully Simple Perfect Parmesan Biscuit Mix.

Cajun Chicken: A delicious combination of boneless skinless chicken breast, bacon, bell pepper, onion, celery, tomato and Cajun seasonings. Serve with red beans & rice and cornbread. Low-fat and Delicious!!  WeightWatchers Points = 4 per serving  Goes great with Tastefully Simple Beer Bread

Hashbrown Breakfast Casserole w/Sausage & Cheese: Plenty of hashbrowns, crumbled sausage and cheddar cheese...  Small serves 2 to 4 people and Large serves 6 to 8 people.    

Dessert: - Be sure to specify:  SMALL  $6  LARGE  $11

Triple Chocolate Cake w/Mocha Glaze: Delicious and chocolatey, not too heavy and so delicious...  Small serves 4 to 6 people and Large serves 8 to 12 people.  Great for company and can be frozen.

Orders are due by Tuesday evening 10/12, and there is no minimun to order.  Just order whatever you like.  Pick-ups and deliveries are on Friday 10/15.  If you would like to receive delivery at your workplace, the delivery charge is just $2 and if 5 employees or more place an order for delivery, there is no delivery charge (I hope this offers everyone a convenience you just can't find anyplace else).  The other option for receiving your items is to come by my home between 4:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Friday to pick-up your items (I live in NE Wichita, near 13th and 127th).  Payment can be check or cash and I will e-mail your total including sales tax (7.3%).
